How soon will I receive my order?

Priority Orders are shipped from our store in 1-2 business days via the United Stated Postal Service.  Shipping provided via USPS Priority Mail typically adds an additional 2-3 days to the delivery date, but exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.  Priority Orders are trackable should you have any issues with the delivery of your order.

First Class Orders are shipped from our store in 3-6 business days via the United Stated Postal Service.  Shipping provided via USPS First Class typically adds an additional 2-3 days to the delivery date, but may take upwards of 8-12 days from the ship date to arrive.  First Class orders are not trackable and exact delivery time cannot be monitored or guaranteed.

MOST customers receive their order within 6-12 business days from the date of order.  If you have have time constraints on your order, please ship via Priority Mail so we can rush your order, and track it if there are problems with the delivery.    Thank you for your patience as we custom build each order.

Do you offer sizes other than 4"x6" recipe cards?

No, at this time we do not offer anything other than 4"x6" recipe cards. We may consider offering 3"x5" cards, double cards, etc. if we recive enough interest in these products.

Do you have a phone number I can call?

No, at this time we are only able to offer email support. However, we do our best to respond to all emails as quickly as possible.

Can I change more than just the name on the cards?

Yes! Some examples of past requests include "a Recipe for a Happy Marriage", "My favorite thing to make for Dinner is Reservations" and some that are too crazy to mention!

Do you do custom designs for special occasions?

Yes, we are able to do custom designs. If you have a request, please contact us for a quotation.

What type of paper do you use?

We use 80# Cover / 110# index stock for all of our recipe cards.

How do I add personalization to my cards?

1) Add the recipe card(s) to your shopping cart. 2) Proceed to checkout. 3) During checkout (below your credit card information), you will see a comments box. Enter the name(s) EXACTLY as  you would like them to appear on the recipe cards. 4) Proceed to the next page and finalize your payment.
